Fourteen Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC attorneys have been named to the 2019 New England Super Lawyers list and five have been named to the Rising Stars list according to a notification from the publisher of the list. The selections were announced on Nov. 1.

Attorneys named to the Rising Stars list are Kathryn M. FoleyJennifer E. McDonaldCathleen M. Stadecker and Benjamin J. Traverse of the Burlington Office and F. David Harlow of the Brattleboro Office.  Harlow was named in the field of employment litigation. Foley and Stadecker were cited for intellectual property work. Traverse was recognized for employment and labor work and McDonald was cited for civil litigation.

Lebanon-based attorney Willemien Dingemans Miller was chosen for estate planning and probate law. In St. Johnsbury, attorney John H. Marshall was chosen for the list in utilities, energy and natural resources and communications law and Bruce C. Palmer was selected for insurance coverage, business litigation and construction litigation.

Each year no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in a state are chosen for the Rising Stars list and no more than five percent are selected for the Super Lawyers list by the research team at Super Lawyers.
