Lebanon, NH: Attorney Ryan Flatley has joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC and will practice in the firm’s Trust and Estate group. DRM also announces the expansion of its on-site Trust and Estate group in Burlington, Vermont.

Ryan Flatley comes to DRM as Of Counsel after having worked as a trust and estate attorney at Thede Culpepper, LLP in Portland, Oregon. Ryan has significant experience in developing and implementing complex estate plans, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, preparing and filing estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns, and representing clients during the estate and trust administration process. Ryan’s practice includes business and real estate law as well.
