Alexandra Clauss and Sarah Butson Join DRM
Burlington, VT: Attorneys Alexandra Clauss and Sarah Butson have joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC. Alexa and Sarah began work with DRM’s Labor and Employment Group in Burlington, Vermont in early May.
Having practiced as an employment attorney at a regional law firm for fourteen years, Alexa Clauss joins DRM as a Director. A highly experienced and distinguished lawyer, Alexa is an advocate for employers throughout New England, providing practical advice concerning employment law compliance and human resources best practices. She also conducts workplace investigations related to employee misconduct, discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
Also joining the firm’s labor and employment practice is Sarah Butson. Sarah comes to DRM after having practiced as an employment attorney at Morgan Lewis, a large international law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, and at a regional firm in Burlington, Vermont. Sarah continues her practice at DRM, representing employers in various employment law compliance matters including wage and hour compliance, policy development and implementation, discrimination claims, and defending employers before state and federal courts.
