With over a decade at both the state level and in private practice, Rachel Scott brings her diverse legal background to play as a Jill-of-all-trades with a primary focus on the ever-evolving landscape of e-discovery. Having experience in consumer protection, criminal and civil litigation, insurance fraud, administrative prosecutions, environmental regulations, charitable trusts, bankruptcy, and estate planning, she has honed her skills in document drafting, exhibit preparation, legal research, and hearing prep. Paired with her understanding of the permitting process for wireless communication technology, renewable energy and compliance, in addition to her background in Litigation, Rachel brings a unique skill set allowing her to move freely in multiple areas of law that require an impeccable attention to detail.
