With over a decade of experience at both the state level and in private practice, Rachel Scott brings her diverse legal background to play as a Jill-of-all-trades and as an e-discovery professional, ensuring efficient organization of materials from identification to production. Having experience in consumer protection, criminal and civil litigation, insurance fraud, administrative prosecutions, environmental regulations, and Federal and State regulations, Rachel has honed her skills in document drafting, exhibit preparation, legal research, hearing prep, and e-discovery across practice groups. That, paired with her understanding of the permitting process for wireless communicationsrenewable energy and compliance, in addition to her background in Litigation, Rachel possesses a unique skill set that allows her to move freely in multiple areas of law that require an impeccable attention to detail.
