A Middlebury, Vermont company, Bees Wrap, that is the leading producer of sustainable, non-plastic food wraps, Sustainable food storage from Bee’s Wrap®, announced that it was purchased by an unnamed private investor to provide for the next phase of the company’s growth. This is yet another example of Vermont-based start-up companies becoming successful and then getting bought out. The good news is that it appears that Bees Wrap will remain in Vermont and will continue to be run by its founder Sarah Kaeck.
