Bobbi J. Kilburn, MBA, has joined the northern New England law firm of Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) as Chief Financial Officer.
Bobbi joins DRM after years of holding senior level financial positions, most recently as the Director of Finance & Grant Management for the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation, where she was responsible for planning, finance, operational and implementation impacts for major development projects, along with financial reporting and internal controls. Among her previous roles, Bobbi served as Vice-President, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation, responsible for multiple accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance functions. Bobbi received her Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester.

Bobbi will work with outgoing Chief Financial and Strategic Officer Linda Copson on the transition of this key role, with Linda maintaining her current role until embarking on her well-deserved retirement at the end of 2025. Bobbi will be based in DRM’s Brattleboro office.
