Ryan Flatley Elected Director
Ryan Flatley has been named director of the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM). He was elected at the firm’s year-end meeting on December 18, 2024 and became director on January 1, 2025. Flatley is based in the firm’s Lebanon, NH office, and serves clients throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.

Ryan Flatley joined DRM in November 2021 as of counsel in the trusts and estates practice group. He guides clients through all aspects of estate planning and administration and has significant experience in multi-generational family planning and business succession planning. Ryan also counsels for-profit and non-profit entities on day-to-day operational issues as well as complex transactions.
