Bullying and harassment are well known terms and often realities to HR professionals.

Sometimes used synonymously, they can also be separate and distinct. While technically bullying may not be unlawful harassment, the effects can still be devastating to those directly involved, colleagues, and the organization. Please join your HR Café hosts Beth Rattigan and April Tuck on March 2 to learn more about the forms bullying and harassment may take and how to address them before they take root in your organization. As always, we look forward to learning about the best practices from our extended panel of experts – you!
