Litigation associates Evan O’Brien and Monica Allard have been admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (“SDNY”).
Director Tim Doherty, who is Deputy Chair of DRM’s Government Enforcement and White Collar Defense Group, noted that DRM represents clients in SDNY in matters involving the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as in complex private litigation. “Evan and Monica are excellent litigators and their admission deepens DRM’s ability to serve our clients where they need responsive, high-quality representation.”
