Prior to joining DRM, Monica practiced in the financial services section of a large international law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. In law school, she was an active member of the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Program, winning an award for excellence in her clinical work. She has also enjoyed volunteering as a legal observer, supporting advocacy efforts for LGBTQ+ rights, and serving as a guardian ad litem.
