Lori Crowley

With more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience, Lori leads the strategic marketing and business development efforts at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC. She is responsible for strengthening the firm’s brand and visibility through integrated marketing communications, digital content, and business development initiatives that support attorneys across all practice areas.

Lori oversees the firm’s website, social media channels, advertising, and client communications, and plays a key role in planning and promoting firm-hosted events, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives. She also works closely with attorneys to identify and pursue opportunities that enhance client relationships and support the firm’s long-term growth.

Before joining DRM, Lori spent 17 years in Vermont’s credit union industry, where she developed deep expertise in marketing, community engagement, and strategic communications, along with a strong understanding of the business landscape throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys reading, cooking, hanging out with her labradoodle, Quinn, and making the most of Vermont’s summers.
