Linda’s experience includes more than thirty years of finance and operations leadership. In recent years, she:

• Guided the firm through the COVID-19 pandemic by leading our emergency response team. In doing this, she was able to facilitate the smooth transition of all employees to a remote environment to ensure uninterrupted service to clients;
• Spearheaded the discovery efforts and drafting of the firm’s Guiding Principles; and
• Played a key role in providing vision to strategically align the firm to long-term success.

Linda is a 2020 recipient of the Diane Lynch Distinguished Service Award, which is an award given annually to a current or former Downs Rachlin Martin employee who has demonstrated the loyalty, dedication, professionalism, selflessness and commitment exemplified by Diane Lynch, a long-serving human resources coordinator who died of cancer.
