A former E-9/Chief Master Sergeant from the Vermont Air National Guard in South Burlington, VT, Cynthia Fitzgerald has over 24 years of leadership and management experience, and has demonstrated success in working across all levels of an organization, developing trust and building effective partnerships. Most recently, she served as an International Partnership Specialist where she continued to strengthen the relationships of the VT National Guard with the countries of Senegal, North Macedonia, and Austria.
Through training, mentorship and support, Cyndy ensures the well-being of our employees so that they can focus on delivering top-notch service to our clients.
In her free time, she loves to travel and most recently returned from a 4×4 off-road trip to Moab, Utah. She also enjoys spending time at her cabin in the Northeast Kingdom. Most weekends you will find her there splitting wood, enjoying a craft project or great book.
