Cynthia L. Fitzgerald, CLM, SHRM-CP

With more than 25 years of leadership, management, and organizational experience, Cynthia focuses on supporting the people and operations that help DRM thrive. Through training, mentorship, and thoughtful guidance, she works to create an environment where employees have the resources and support they need to succeed and deliver exceptional service to our clients. She is particularly passionate about developing employees, strengthening administrative operations, and helping teams work effectively together.

As a former Chief Master Sergeant/E-9 in the Vermont Air National Guard, Cynthia developed a strong foundation in leadership, mentorship, and building effective relationships across all levels of an organization. During her military career, she served in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as an International Partnership Specialist, where she helped strengthen the Vermont National Guard’s relationships with Senegal, North Macedonia, and Austria.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time at her cabin in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. She especially enjoys weekends at the cabin, where she can be found splitting wood, working on a craft project, getting lost in a good book, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
