New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the installation of a wireless communications facility on and at the base of an existing tower located on property at 269 Crestway Drive, Proctor, VT owned by the Lyman W. Johnson Trust and on a tower managed by Vertical Bridge. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC represents AT&T in connection with the Project.
