Rising Tide Towers II, LLC (“RTT”) together with Wireless Partners FN, LLC (“WP”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to construct and install a new communications support structure and wireless communications facility on property located at 127 Crow Hill Road, Pownal, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on property owned by Bruce and Julie MacDonald. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents RTT in connection with the Project.
