Rising Tide Towers II, LLC (“RTT”) together with Wireless Partners FN, LLC (“WP”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the construction and installation of a new communication support structure and wireless communications facility, located on property off Poor Man’s Road, Pownal, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by Scott H. Maturski. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents RTT in connection with the Project.

A balloon test for the proposed Facility was conducted on May 21, 2024 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. The balloon was flown at a height of 190’ in order to produce photo simulations documenting the project’s visibility.
