Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC, by and through its attorneys at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, are seeking Telecommunications Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Approval (collectively, the “Application”) for a proposed wireless communications facility as described below (the “Project”). The Project is situated on property of David A. Fortin off of Lost Nation Road, designated by the Town as Tax Map 243, Lot 13 (the “Property”). The forested Property is currently undeveloped and is situated within the Agricultural and Timber Management Zoning Districts.
