Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC, by and through its attorneys at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, are seeking Telecommunications Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Approval (collectively, the “Application”) for a proposed wireless communications facility as described below (the “Project”). The Project is situated on property of David A. Fortin off of Lost Nation Road, designated by the Town as Tax Map 243, Lot 13 (the “Property”). The forested Property is currently undeveloped and is situated within the Timber Management Zoning District.

A public hearing was held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 6pm. A link to the presentation can be found here. A second public hearing on the application is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13 at 6pm at 10 Station Center, Groveton, NH. Further details can be found on the Northumberland Planning Board website.
