New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to replace an existing light pole and install a new small cell wireless telecommunications facility in the public right of way near 3749 Main Street, within the Village of Manchester, Vermont.
