New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is engaging in a project to construct a temporary communications facility at Sugarbush Resort (the “Project”). The purpose is to maintain wireless service at the resort and the general vicinity while the North Ridge Express Quad is replaced beginning in 2027. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) has submitted to the Town of Fayston an application for conditional use approval by the Development Review Board (“DRB”), and for a zoning permit. Copies of the application materials are available at the Fayston Town Offices and may also be obtained here.
