Harmoni Towers Gateway LLC (“Harmoni”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to install a new telecommunications facility located at and near 67 Creek Farm Road, Colchester, Vermont, on property owned by SBRC Properties, LLC. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC represents Harmoni in connection with the Project.
