Harmoni Towers Development Company (LLC) (“HTD”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to construct and install a new communications support structure for collocated wireless communications facilities (as described further below the “Project”) on property located on Bay Road, Colchester, Vermont and owned by SBRC Properties LLC (the “Property” or “Site”). Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC represents HTD in connection with the Project. The Property is currently designated by the Town of Colchester as Parcel ID: 27-015003, and by the State as SPAN: 153-048-20867.
Pursuant to 30 V.S.A. § 248a, this website and the accompanying materials is intended to provide 60 days’ advance notice that HTD intends to submit to the Vermont Public Utility Commission a petition for a certificate of public good to construct the Project at the Site.
