Experience in representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims, litigating on behalf of management, counseling on employment matters and representing management in traditional labor is preferred. The ideal candidate has relevant experience, including a clerkship, exceptional written and communication skills, and wants to be a part of a team of attorneys committed to delivering top-quality legal services to growing and successful businesses.
