DRM Listed in Top 50 US Law Firms on 2016 Design Patent Toteboard

Leading IP law blog lists DRM as one of the top 50 law firms in the US in terms of number of US design patents awarded in 2016.

Ant-like Persistence, the Intellectual Property blog maintained by Colorado attorney Carl Oppedahl, recently released its 2016 Design Patent Toteboard. The toteboard's goal "is to list the firms that helped clients to obtain these US patents." In 2016, Downs Rachlin Martin secured 24 patents issued by the USPTO, ranking it in 48th place nationwide.

IP Attorney Kevin McGrath commented on the ranking: "We are pleased and excited to see DRM listed on Oppedahl’s 2016 Design Patent Toteboard. We really enjoy working with our clients to obtain high-quality design patents and glad to see the results of our work in 2016 places us among the top law firms for design patent law in the US. This is an important piece of our larger design patent practice, which in 2016 also included wins in a USPTO Post Grant proceeding and in district court litigation."
