Prior to joining DRM, Gordon had his own practice based out of Montpelier and has extensive experience protecting clients’ patents and trademarks. Gordon has worked in small and large firms on patent litigation and prosecution matters specializing in diverse industries such as optics, medical products, furniture, computer accessories, heating systems and aviation component monitoring. Additionally, he brings valuable insights when advising on intellectual property licensing strategies. He will be based out of DRM’s Montpelier, VT office.
