Coffin, McDonald and Clark represented Giffords Law Center, supporting ban on large capacity magazines
DRM attorneys Tris Coffin, Jennifer McDonald, and William Clark served as co-counsel representing Giffords Law Center in filing the Amicus Brief supporting the constitutionality of Vermont’s statutory ban on large-capacity magazines (LCMs). The Vermont Supreme Court’s decision today is the first case in state’s history to establish the constitutional test for the scope of the right to bear arms in Article 16 of the Vermont Constitution.
