Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s attorneys have been selected for leadership roles with the Chittenden County Bar Association. At the CCBA’s annual meeting on June 23, 2026, Gina Puls, who previously served on the Board of Directors, was elected President, and Elizabeth Frye was elected to the Board of Directors. Puls is Of Counsel in DRM’s Litigation Group in Burlington. She joined the firm in 2023 after serving as HR and Special Counsel for the Vermont Office of the Defender General, and previously practiced as a litigation associate in Boston, where she worked on complex trade secret, commercial, intellectual property, and employment matters. Puls received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and clerked for the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Frye is an Associate in DRM’s Litigation Group in Burlington. She joined the firm in 2025 following a clerkship with the Vermont Supreme Court. Frye is a graduate of Washington College and earned her J.D. from Vermont Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Vermont Law Review and graduated summa cum laude.

The CCBA Board of Directors oversees the organization’s continuing legal education programming, member services, and community initiatives serving the Chittenden County legal community.
Both attorneys work out of DRM’s Burlington office.
