Tim Connors is a trust and estate attorney who prepares families and business owners for the future through estate plans designed to protect loved ones, preserve family legacy, perpetuate philanthropy and properly manage giving. Tim focuses on estate planning and administration, probate, charitable and family giving, gift and estate tax planning, and asset protection planning. Having served in private practice, and in government, including as Chief Counsel to a multi-national organization, Tim has experience in drafting complex estate planning documents, trust administration, probate and probate litigation, civil and criminal litigation, advice to non-profit organizations, domestic and international contract negotiations, wealth management, government regulatory compliance, guardianships and special needs planning.

Tim is committed to serving the local community through non-profit board membership and providing support to veterans in need. Tim also served as a President of a youth hockey organization focused on keeping sports affordable and accessible to all children in the community, and as a board member for a non-profit dedicated to serving disabled children and their families. 

  • While in the military, served as Chief Legal counsel for U.S. and Canadian defense and security organization comprised of 2,500 employees with a total budget of over $240 million. Provided legal advice to CEO and senior staff on all aspects of business operations to include finance, contracting and personnel matters.    
  • Gained experience in the private banking industry while serving as an Investment and Fiduciary Services Specialist responsible for maintaining investment relationships by providing wealth and estate planning advice along with investment and business development advice. 
  • Formerly a partner in a small law firm focused on estate design and implementation, planning for retirement, asset protection strategies, trust administration, probate, charitable giving and Medicaid/Special needs planning.
