With hands-on experience in Human Resources strategic leadership, performance management, compliance, labor and employee relations, benefits, HRIS projects, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, training, and DEI, Kendra Smith brings a full toolkit to HR consulting. She provides labor relations and human resources consultation that includes assistance with day-to-day human resources and labor management as well as training and educating leaders on contract implementation and administration.
Kendra is passionate about using her knowledge and experience as an HR leader to assist in navigating human resources and labor relations challenges. With her people-centered focus, she is a calm, steady force, focused on assisting organizations to meet their objectives.
