The Town of Williston (“Town”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to replace an existing tower with a new tower, and install related public safety equipment located on property of Vermont Electric Cooperative, Inc., and leased to the Town, having an address of 64 Old Creamery Road in the Town of Williston, Vermont. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC represents the Town in connection with the Project.
