New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the installation of a wireless communications facility at an existing telecommunications facility owned by Green Mountain Holdings of NH, LLC d/b/a Green Mountain Communications (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) on property located at 6410 VT Route 113, Vershire, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by David W. & Jean G.
