New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) proposes to construct and install a replacement utility pole and wireless communications facility (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) within the public right of way near 57 Depot Street, Stowe, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”). Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents AT&T in connection with the Project. Pursuant to 30 V.S.A. § 248a, this letter is intended to provide 60 days advance notice that AT&T intends to submit to the Vermont Public Utility Commission (“PUC”) a petition for approval to construct the Facility at the Site.
