New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the installation of a new small cell wireless telecommunications facility on a new metal pole, within the parking lot of Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, at 1235 Hospital Drive, Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents AT&T in connection with the Project.
