New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the installation of a wireless communications facility at an existing telecommunications facility (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) on property located at 194 Tatro Hill Road, Randolph, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by James & Sharon Sault, and the Facility is operated and managed by Verizon Wireless. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents AT&T in connection with the Project. Pursuant to 30 V.S.A. § 248a, this website and the accompanying letter is intended to provide 60 days’ advance notice that AT&T intends to submit to the Vermont Public Utility Commission a petition for approval to construct the Facility at the Site.
