K2 Towers III, LLC (“K2”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to replace an existing wireless telecommunications support structure with a new support structure (as described in the Petition and accompanying materials) on property located at 104 White Birch Road, Morristown, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by Kenley D.
