New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the installation of a wireless communications facility at an existing telecommunications facility owned by SBA Communications Corp and SBA Towers II LLC (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) on property located at 241 Gore Road, Highgate, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by the Town of Highgate.  Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents AT&T in connection with the Project.  To review a copy of the petition and accompanying materials, click on the link below:
