SBA Towers X, LLC (“SBA”) will be seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for a replacement communication support structure and wireless communications facilities, located at 1032 Bliss Road in Hartford, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by Brian T. and Lois M. Horan. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents SBA in connection with the Project.

A balloon test to gauge the project’s visibility occurred on Monday, April 7 from approximately 9am to 1pm. The bottom of the balloon was flown at a height of 120’ and photographed from a variety of vantage points, including several selected at the request of the Hartford Planning Commission and Staff. SBA has circulated the simulations and photographs from the test to the Hartford Planning Commission for review prior to submitting its petition to the Vermont Public Utility Commission. SBA will be submitting its petition for a Certificate of Public Good to the Public Utility Commission to authorize construction of this project in due course.
