New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to construct and install a new communications support structure and wireless communications facility (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) on property located off of North Hollow Road, Granville, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by Michael and Diane Eramo. The Property is designated by the Town of Granville (the “Town”) as Parcel ID 11L0000037.100, and by the State as SPAN 261-082-10103. The Project is proposed for the original location proposed in PUC Case No. 21-1144-PET. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents AT&T in connection with the Project.
