New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the installation of a backup generator at an existing wireless communications facility managed by B Diamond Infra, located at 884 South Street, Brattleboro, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by Marilyn George. Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (“DRM”) represents AT&T in connection with the Project.
