New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) and Four Seasons Media, Inc. are seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission for the replacement of a radio broadcasting tower, and the construction and installation of a wireless communications facility (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) on property located at 718 Pleasant Valley Road, Brattleboro, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by the Town of Brattleboro Water Department and leased to Four Seasons Media, Inc.
