Founded in 1982, the Vermont Bar Foundation was created for the purpose of improving the administration of justice and to support the advancement of the science of jurisprudence. It achieves its mission through the support of legal aid providers, law school clinics and more. Since its inception, the Foundation has raised and distributed more than $17,000,000 to access to justice programs.
