Georgia Mountain Communications Tower: CPG Petition, Milton, VT

Georgia Mountain Communications Tower, LLC (“GMCT”), a joint collaboration between St. Albans Central Dispatch and Georgia Mountain Maples, LLC, has applied for a certificate of public good pursuant to 30 V.S.A. 248a to install a 180’ communications tower, antennas, and associated equipment compound within the lease area of the existing wind turbine facility atop Georgia Mountain in Milton, Vermont, Parcel ID: 216020.0000, Lot 2.

If you have any comments or would seek to intervene / request a public hearing, you must submit comments to the Public Utility Commission using its ePUC platform by no later than 4:30pm on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
