AT&T Petition for Certificate of Public Good: Off of North Hollow Road, Granville, VT

New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) is seeking approval from the Vermont Public Utility Commission to construct and install a new communications support structure and wireless communications facility (as described below, the “Facility” or “Project”) on property located off of North Hollow Road, Granville, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), on land owned by Michael and Diane Eramo. Visibility Test / Drive Test Notice

AT&T has scheduled a visibility test / drive test for Tuesday, July 27, 2021. The visibility test will take place between 8am and 12pm, and will feature a red balloon 3’ in diameter with the bottom of the balloon being extended to a height of 195’ aboveground level. The drive test will begin immediately after the visibility test has been completed, and will feature a white balloon 6’ to 7’ in diameter and extended to a height of 203’ to suspend a transmitter at a height of 191’ AGL, all in order to measure signal strengths on VT Route 100 and other areas in the vicinity.
