David Harlow discusses a number of upcoming and still evolving changes in employment law for 2017, including Vermont's enactment of the Paid Sick Leave Law,  proposed federal regulatory changes affecting overtime eligibility under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Vermont's new 'Ban the Box' law.
