Chester, VT Balloon Test

UPDATE: AT&T Balloon Test Conducted on May 9, 2019

To assess the visual effect of the Project, AT&T conducted a balloon test at the site of the proposed Tower on Thursday, May 9, 2019. A balloon was flown at 184 feet and was photographed from public areas in Town, which can be seen in the photographic simulations of the Facility from various vantage points within two miles of the Site. These photographic simulations are available for viewing, together with a viewshed analysis, during the 60-day advance notice period, and prior to submission of the certificate of public good petition.
