AT&T Petition for Certificate of Public Good: Pine Street, Burlington, VT

New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T (“AT&T”) proposes a project of limited size and scope involving the installation of a replacement light pole in the public right of way near 6 Pine Street, Burlington, Vermont (the “Property” or “Site”), and installing wireless telecommunications equipment on and within the replacement light pole.

If you have any comments or would seek to intervene / request a public hearing, you must submit comments to the Public Utility Commission using its ePUC platform by no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. More information concerning public participation can be found at the Commission’s website.
