Danny comes to DRM after having practiced as an investment management associate at Akin Gump, a large international law firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused on the formation and operation of domestic and international private investment funds. Before that, he served as an Attorney Adviser at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Leveraging his experience, Danny will continue to serve businesses and investors on a variety of complex corporate and transactional matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial transactions.

A graduate of Washington & Lee School of Law in Virginia, Danny also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher Burke, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, and to the Honorable Pamela White, Baltimore City Circuit Court, 8th Judicial Circuit.
