Kendra Smith has joined the northern New England law firm of Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) as a Labor Relations Consultant.

Kendra joins DRM with more than fifteen years of Human Resources experience, most recently as the Human Resources Director for Saint Michael’s College.

Over the course of her career, Kendra has steadily advanced to positions of greater responsibility within Human Resources, overseeing larger teams and spearheading significant initiatives within the organizations she has served. Kendra obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College and has certificates in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace, as well as Inclusive and Ethical Leadership. Kendra will work with current Labor & Relations Consultant, April Tuck, out of DRM’s Burlington office.
