Attorney Jeremy Grant has joined the northern New England law firm of Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM).
Jeremy joins DRM after practicing labor and employment law as a partner with another Vermont-based firm, where he built a strong reputation as a trusted advocate for employers. With over a decade of experience representing clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, Jeremy brings significant knowledge in handling employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and whistleblower matters. His experience spans multiple industries, with a focus on healthcare, technology, hospitality and growing entrepreneurial companies. Jeremy is active in the Burlington community and serves as a coach for Burlington Youth Lacrosse each spring.

Prior to practicing in Vermont, Jeremy was an Associate with Eaton Peabody in Bangor, Maine. He also completed internships with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5. Jeremy obtained his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Bates College. He is based out of DRM’s Burlington office.
