The Vermont Supreme Court affirmed a superior court dismissal of a personal injury claim against Ben & Jerry’s / Unilever on the grounds of the statute of limitations. The dismissal was issued by Judge Kainen of the Windsor Superior Court. Billy Clark conducted the oral argument in this “rocket docket” case on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 – by telephone. The written decision was issued Friday, May 1.
