HR: The Game Changer

Rattigan to present at 2018 VT Strategic HR Conference

Because negotiation is among the most important skills for a manager to develop, activities that can foster its development are valuable for HR professionals. In addition, new laws banning salary history inquiries will change salary negotiation strategy for many HR departments. Beth Rattigan, along with two other local attorneys, will provide an overview of the new laws on salary history and best practices for compensation negotiation, present tips on negotiation techniques, and then take the group through a negotiation exercise.
