PFAS contamination has become a focus in many states and litigation is on the rise. Learn what you need to know about emerging trends.

This program, led in part by environmental and regulatory attorney Trey Martin, will provide technical and regulatory (EPA) status on PFAS, and an overview of specific differences among states that are on the frontline of PFAS, with emphasis from New Hampshire and Vermont. This panel discussion will conclude with a Q&A session.
