Attorneys Dodge and Martin to join panels at Vermont Bar CLE.

Together with several environmental professionals, attorneys Will Dodge and Trey Martin join the discussion regarding changes to various environmental laws in Vermont. While Will plans to discuss how the net metering Rule changes the nature of applications and petitions to the PSB, other topics of discussion include: major areas of change with regard to the new net metering Rule and its impact on preferred-sites; habitat fragmentation and forestland conservation through land use planning and Act 250; and Trey Martin's topic concerning changes to the Federal Clean Water Act and their impact on Vermont.
